What I think and what people think about "Myself"

We usually introduce ourselves in a job interview or meet a new friend starting like this: "Hi, I am Picture/my name is picture..." We also talk about people around, typically like this: "I think Picture is very mean and stingy person, you know the other day....." (Lol, just an example!) What do you think about yourself? Are people around see you the same as what you think?
