Why do you use FaceBook ?

The origional idea was good i think but now i just plain hate it. i dont think the way people use it is safe or smart. U gotta go thru 100 farmville request to find a post an its just complaining. i actually saw a post once were they were making moobshine 30 dollar donation....ummm last time i checked makin moonshine was highly illegal an up to a prison sentence if cought...yea thats something id post to facebook.....stupid....

Dear friend, first of all i thankyou very very much for not liking facebook, i really appreciated your interest not to keep a account on facebook or any other social websites, even i m not at all interested to share my personal information. Its good to keep that information in our head. I really tnx friend not to make a account on facebook, coz its just a waste of time.

Well, safety for personal info is a really important issue while it comes to social network such as facebook. Therefore, I tried to be extremely careful for most of the time with what I show on my page. I think I joined facebook quite late when compared with most of my friends and classmates, like two years later and they were qutie surprised when I had my facebook account as I am always not in pace with the high technology. I quite like facebook myself as it helps me to keep my relationship with my friends. I made a very close friend using facebook. The story was like this. Before going to study in the UK, I have found one of the old schoolmates who was studying in the school that I was going to attend. I then tried to see if any of my friends knew her. One of my friends then helped me to contact her and told her that I would like to ask her things about the school in the UK. We then kept in contact and became very close friends even now. I have also tried finding qutie a lot of old friends from facebook who I have lost contact for quite a number of years and we keep in contact again now. Also, when ever I have events, I will make friends with people and we will then be friends on facebook. Therefore, facebook is really a good way for maintaining friendship for me. This might not be for everyone but it works most of the time for me and therefore I love it.

Putting your picture on your facebook account is up to you. I am using facebook because i can get in touch with people(friends) that i havent seen for years and it is pretty cool.

Just like you, I don't have a FB account. FB is just not appealing to me since it first came out, until now, and I don't think it will interest me later either. My privacy perhaps is the biggest reason for that.

I use facebook because I like keeping in touch with folks both near and far, and I also like to be a bit of a hermit.. You can hide all your info. I also like facebook because I can hook yup with people I haven't seen in a long, to a very long time.

In the past I thought Facebook was a popular social networking. It was good to keep in touch with my friends by Facebook. This is why I joined it. However, later Facebook was banned in my country and therefore we could not access to it by the normal way. I have to access to my Facebook account by a software. But many of my friends don't know how to do it. This is why I am not active in Facebook any more. Now I use it just to finish some online earning tasks. I love China

I use facebook, mainly because I find that it's a good way to keep in touch with people, and see what they're up to. Personally, I find that it can be a useful tool.

same like you..i dont like to show my picture to all people i had to use my real picture because i join in one groups and the requirement of that groups make me using my real picture for security of money transaction.. i use facebook maybe for promoting my articles and keep contact with my old friends and relatives

Hello Wertk, I normally use FB to check messages from friends who are only on FB and to check their latest photos if they have uploaded there.Sometimes i do chat with them.

I use facebook just once a week and to get any new messages from my friends. I use facebook for only an hour once a week and I enjoy it a lots in facebook.

Dear friend, I can briefly explain the reason for which I have accounts on Facebook. Surely because it is the world's number 1 social network that has about 800 million people registered. But this is not just my reason. The time I spend on FB, is really little, I'm going to be quite honest there just to play 2 browser game in which I am writing for about 2 years and they are: "Kingdom of Kamelot" & "MMAPro Fighter". Although I have many friends there, I must say that at least 90% of my time spent in front of the PC, I prefer to dedicate a site like Mylot, plus where we also have the opportunity to earn something. That said I'm sorry to confirm that the day today if you're not on Facebook, do not consider you passionate about internet! And for this I am very sorry!

Facebook it's currently the most popular social network out there. All my friends are on it and it's great way to keep in touch to people easily. I use Facebook to communicate with certain people that I haven't seen in along time like my old classmates, old friends and relatives who lives across the country.
