To be a new father !

congratulations for your coming baby. I am a new mother and I think we share the same feeling when I was still pregnant, a year ago. Being a new parent is a very big responsibility. We must be ready not just financially but also emotionally. I am happy to hear that you are excited to become a father. I hope you will be a good example to your baby. At first, having a baby is really hard. You must wake up early in the morning to feed, change diaper or sing for the baby to sleep again but eventually you will be use to it. :)

its a mixed feeling for me because i'm the mommy that will give birth. it is something i so love to happened but i am afraid also because of the pain that may come with delivering him. but it is more of the happiness that i feel. and it is so true that a first time mom will feel the fear in the early months but as the birth date due comes, she's getting more of excited and even can't wait for it. and as the day approaches you will become braver and you will never think of the pain but instead the longing to see the baby. good luck to you and may your wife have a safe delivery.

Congratulations! It is so exciting to be a father. Try to relax, everything will be fine and you will be a good father. The time will give you experience. Remember to take care of your wife and your new born baby. If your baby is crying, I think bringing him/her out for a walk is a good idea. I don't know why, but it seems that babies like to stay outside. When my new born child was born and he often cried at night. My husband almost had a walk with him every night until our baby fell asleep. I hope you will have a healthy and adorable baby:) I love China

Hi Henry, Advance wishes to be a father soon. I has this moment recently, I was overwhelmed to see my son. The cry I first heared after my son born is really a great joy that couldn't expressed in words. I love those moments and he is now 3 months old. There are may new things to be experienced with after our baby is born. Different emotions, smiles, laugh, expressions and cuddles that my son does everyday still amazes me and it is so interesting to watch. The way he responds to my voice and others are very intersting to watch. It is not a topic to be completed in sentence. Parenting is a lifelong process and it is great if we loved to do. Hello Henry, Congrats for being soon a father. I am father of 2 kids and i know how great it feels when you become a father as then you have a responsibilty of someone who is your own.I remember i was also excited like you and really when my twins were born i was scared to took them in my lap as i may not be able to handle them as they were too weak at the time of birth but once i took them in my hands for the first time it was great feeling and my eyes got wet with tears from happiness.

I hope things will be just fine. It's so exciting to wait for that moment. Twenty days seems very long when we are expecting things to turn up.Have a lot of prayers and God for help.

Congratulations to you. That's good news and being a father for the first time, it's natural for you to feel excited. NO matter how much research you have done or are doing, it can never hold down your excitement in receiving your very first child. The joy of seeing a new life right in front of you, simply makes u forget about all the earlier hardships. I'm not a mother yet but i know if i'm a mom for the first time, i will be equally excited for sure. May your wife and your baby be healthy, with you bringing them a blissful family life.

I think it would really be a nice feeling having your family although i know i still have quite a long way from getting there or either i won't get there. Don't worry, as long as you love your partner and children sincerely you would be a good parent. But we could not also avoid the role of the father as usually the main provider of the family. Anyways, just celebrate and enjoy the feeling of having a new member in your family and cheers. :)

Congratulations soon-to-be-daddy! I am not a mom yet so there is nothing that I can really share for now. Although I have seen such feeling of excitement with friends who are expecting a baby. They started to become a bit more mature and responsible. They started to learn how to save more for their future baby. And the first time parents soon learns to take turns of taking care of their baby during the night. Good luck and hope you and your wife will be a loving and responsible parents.
