a comic based story of a movie

It would be better to see it in movie. Although, some scenes will be deleted and added when a novel/comic book is translated to a movie but still visual entertainment is still the best. We don't need to visualize and think of the drama,action and all scenes read at a novel. Also, reading is time consuming compared to watching a movie.

It depends on the story itself. My favorite movie of all-time is probably The Shawshank Redemption. I had no idea that it was based on a short story written by Stephen King. I read the story long after I had seen the movie numerous times and it wasn't the same. It was nice to read Frank Darabont's inspiration for the film but I enjoyed the motion picture much more. Now, on the other hand, I read the Da Vinci Code years ago and the movie paled in comparison. The book's pacing was better. There was a lot of story to tell and it didn't feel rushed or crammed in text but it did on screen. Lastly, I'm a huge fan of the show Game of Thrones, which is based off of George Martin's epic fantasy series. That said, after watching the first season, with all of the cinematic detail involved, all of the characters and plot lines, I think I'd get lost in the book.

It would depend on how the director and the movie was able to portray the book. There are times when the movie is much better than the book/comic while there are times that it's vice versa. What usually happens in the movie is that they don't put there everything on what was written on the book due to time constraint.

making/watching it to a movie is more satisfying..

There were only few movies which were based from a novel that really did justice to it. One example is "The Lord Of The Ring Series". The director had read the novels several times and his a fan of those novels. There were also movies that have additions and different endings. It really sums up to whats the best, the original or the remake. It's really difficult to choose because they are in different types of media forms but I prefer the book.
