I just read an article about Dolphins getting stranding in Massachusett on the Wellsfleet Herring river and dying. This happens because the tide goes out really fast, and the dolphins do not clear out of the area fast enough. Since I do not have enough posts to paste, sorry I cannot past the link in here. I am not the smartest person in the world, but from working with dogs adn other animals, it seems to me that they could set up a high frequency transmitter that would be loud enough to annoy the dolphins and make them want to leave. The transmitter could be programmed to go off a a little bit before the tide goes out and it would clear out the dolphins for the area.
