well i am uficially unemployed and i do not know what to do about it. it is by choice that i am unemployed. My boyfriend was going to go get a a diffrent job in a diffrent town and that did not turn out as well as we had hoped. They made it sound like he got the job so i turned in my two weeks. I was going ot take bck my two weeks but my boyfriend said that he did not want me two. He told me that i should take this time to go back to school. He is so sweet but of course i am worried about how we will pay for everything. I told him the second he starts struggleing i am going back to work:) So we will have to see how it all works out wish me luck

There are still some dilemas what to do when you are unemployed. I would recommend you, if it is possible, make a combination. Probably you want to attend a university, or your boyfriend want you to attend it. It is really good step for someone improvement but there are also some problems, like money and time. But at least you should try it. and you will see, how it will be later. Maybe situation will get better.

Hi Jazzyrae,
Hope it all works out for you! He sounds like a sweet guy and it's true that if you can afford to stop working and further your education, you will probably be better off in the long run. I'm very independent too and so I know how you might be struggling with this. Take it a day at a time as they say. Nothing is set in stone, right? If it isn't working for you or your wallet then you can always look for work again.

Thats going to be hard because in life you have to have money to succedd and to live a life or normal. Its going to be hard and i hope you all have some money saved up for expenses. If he gets a job i hope he can support you and help you go back to school. Of course scool is important and you can always look for a better job once you have some schooling of course. Well if you have to go back to work at least you seem confident that you can get a job again.

Hi there jazzyrae
I think you and your boyfriend should have a heart to heart talk about things. You can ask for permission to get back for work because you want to help him to pay all your expenses and payables. It's not that your boyfriend can't find a job to raise both of you but instead to help him pay all your bills right. You can do it just believe in yourself :)

Haha have tries but he insists. I think it is because at my job I was working the 3pm to 11pm shift do he never saw me but that is the only one the company would give me. I feel bad letting him pay for everything. I have worked since 14 and always been very independant

Hello Jazzy,
Its true we need money to survive in this world so your boyfriend need to work and if he is capable of paying your school fees then you must complete your school first as then you would be able to get better job.You can always try for a part time job along with your school if you find your BF can't fulfill your financial needs otherwise concentrate on your studies.

I know I puls be focusing on school but I have worked since 14 and I feel like I am useless not working. I just don't feel like I am doing my part. You know? He said if I just cool and pick up the house an get a degree then that's all I new to do. A big part of why he hated my job is that I worked 3pm to 11pm so he never got to see me. He thinks it will be easier this way

If your boyfriend's gonna be working to pay for your school fees, then I guess the best thing for you to do now is finish your studies. Although it would be a financial challenge for the both of you, I'm sure you'll be able to work things through. There might be some odd jobs you could take that would not interfere with your studies if you want to help out or you could supplement it with a few earnings on the net.
