After a hard days work or looking after the kids what's the best way to switch off and relax, I like to go upstairs run a nice hot bath and listen to some nice soft music. How to other people unwind and relax at the end of the day.

I think that listening to some nice music is the most relaxing thing you can do.

After a long hard day at work I like to take a nice long hot bath with a good book and some music playing on my ipod. My cat its either on the floor or on the toilet and purrs loudly. He also sometimes like to stick hi paw into the water. IDK if he is testing it out or not, but it' still cute and make me laugh and oddly enough help me relax alittle.

I like to listen to some music and go for a walk through the fields near my house, it really helps me relax and I get some exercise too. If the weather's really bad, I tend to stay inside and paint some models while listening to my music instead. It's strangely relaxing despite how difficult it is to paint them well.

I enjoy watching documentaries, knitting, reading, and writing to relax after a long day. Of course, a nice bubble bath is fantastic as well if I have the time. Sometimes I just lay in bed with my laptop: I'll chat with friends online while watching a movie on Netflix using the Wii.
