How to adjust our mood to the changeable weather?

The weather is changeable in my town recently. It was sunny when i leave home in the morning, but we had a strong wind with some pieces of snow in the afternoon. This was wierd in past, but happened a lot these days and lasted for months. I don't know how to adjust my feeling to the weather and how to keep a good mood about it. How about you, my lotters?

I have mood swings when the weather changes too and right now I'm moody due to being too cold. I have some health issues going on as well so the moods can pertain from that not only the weather.

Sounds like Melbourne weather, they say that Melbourne can have four seasons in one day, it is very hard to keep a good mood and dress for the right weather under these circumstances.
