Drug addiction among the celebrities

It seems that drug addiction among the celebrities in Hollywood is getting so out of control. The death news of Anna Nicole Smith, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, and the latest, Whitney Houston show that many celebrities, famous or not, seem to depend so much on drugs just so that they can have the 'normal' life. It is so so sad to hear these people who have sold their life for fame and money but only in the end to die in a most tragic way. Hence, the scripture, "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world but suffer the loss of his soul" keeps ringing in my ear over and over again. Being rich and famous have been proven over and over again, cannot buy love and happiness. So, mylotters, what are your thoughts on these matters.

yeah I agree with you it so sad to see celebrities like that which makes me think that the saying is true that you can't have everything, you may be rich and famous but you'll always finding something that is missing out of that.

Those celeb addicts is absolute proof that money and fame can't buy you lasting happiness. The proof is right in front of people's eyes yet they keep on persuing the illusion. If you can't be happy now you will never be happy because a better tommorow never comes.
