Almost everyone who worked to build and enhanced his careerr or retain job in competitive situation like this,we know about job,looking fo a new job can be stressful and difficult process.

-How strategies and tips for estabilishing and maintaining a job?

It is really good question that I also think on my mind too. As I know, the best way are by applying the most suitable vacancy with our skill and do the best in doing it. Working in a field that we enjoyed will make us give more energy in doing it and also make us happier. Working is not only for earning money but also for enjoying it as part of our life.
I remember great word about working is to be the wanted person by the company so they will not fire us. Simply we can work there for long time as we want.

Yes, "wanted person" requires us to be updated with skills that needed in the job. The tendency for workers who have been working in the same field is they get stagnant or unproductive anymore. So continuously enhancing our skills and be open always with suggestions shall help us to be the "wanted person" in the company. Knowledge + Skills + Character= wanted employee
