Modelling Agency for TV Commercials

Hi everyone. Well, this has been a question in my mind for a long time now. I just want to find out if there are any mylotters here who happens to be in the Philippines. The reason why Im asking is because I would like to find out if anyone here knows how to get into TV commercials. I am not looking for TV commercial modelling agency in particular. I am looking for an agency that could get my daughter into modelling for kid's apparel and such. I love taking a lot of pictures and one of my model is my daughter. She is just a natural for me. She likes to pose a lot and I want her to be able to make use of that talent. I know there are a lot out there that are more model material but there's no harm in trying or even just finding out. It's additional information. I want to be as close as possible to these kind of stuff because I want to see her in a billboard someday...

Well, I have these 2 to share with you:
1. TV Networks. Go to a local TV network and ask if they offer shows (noontime or entertainment shows) who will be needing kids as participants or contestants. There are local TV shows in my city. But it is only aired once a week as the national TV shows are the ones being aired daily instead.
2. Modelling events. Try to check for events in your area which will hold modelling shows. These events usually happen when you commemorate a city's foundation day, festivals, etc.
I am from the Philippines and if you happen to be in Davao City (which I think you are because you used it as a tag in this discussion), I might be able to refer to someone (though we're not that well acquainted enough to each other) who has been doing modelling jobs.
