When will you wake up in the morning..?

I usually sleep upto 10 am in the morning.. I will go to office after 10.. But my parents keep on insisting me that waking up very late is bad habbit.. I usually sleep after 1 am in the morning which will make to wake up late.. I will not be ablt o sleep If I go to bed before 1 am.. I tried to change the habbit but I failed.. :( Do you think that the habbit is good..? If not how will I change my habbit..?

i usually wake up on 6 am. this time is very comfortable for me .if i wake up very early or very late i feel tired or sleepy in office times

Yeah...same for me if I wake up befor 10 am or after that I ll feel tired.. :)

when i was in college i usually sleep up to 10 am in the morning. but when i came with an article that over sleeping or waking up after 8 am will cause you a heart problem... it was alarming and stop the habit...

it was a study in UK. it was said that when increase in sleeping time may increase weight gain, high blood pressure and etc...

usually i wake up at 6 or 7 am.

I think its not a good habit..I always wake up early.Early morning is an excellent time.You can do much more in morning than you usually do.You can go jogging, go gym or yoga maybe...Rise early and you actually have time for breakfast.For me, its one most important meal of a day.Try go to bed earlier even if you don’t think you'll sleep.Take a book and start reading.If you’re really tired, you just might fall asleep much sooner.
