Openbux.com Spam or Legit?

hi friends, i have been a member of openbux.com since its launch, and i have been paid once too(though the cashout fees was 1$). After that i have stopped clicking on that site since there was news all over other forums that it is scam. Even the admin was not active on the websites forum and the members started spamming in the forum. But just today i logged in to the site just to check for TP and i was surprised to see payment proofs being posted and admin active in the Forum. Now i am confused weather to start clicking on openbux again or is it just another scam.. Need your views and experience on this site.
