Are you still hungry for referrals?

I start not to refer to all my earning sites that I join, it seems like after I encourage one they ended up not participating and just leave it. Plus the fact that I only get a cents for what they earn, it feels like its not fair from me to get only a cents, while I boost my effort to let them join. So I just stop, besides I will not be feel guilty and responsible for what they do on the site.
How about you, do you still encourage or beg for others, or I should say spam other to join for you?

I just share what I know with people in my discussions. Some people, they are joining me on their willingness. And many people don't.
I'm happy at least people who joined willingly are active. And I'm trying to guide them with whatever I know.
Rather if we beg others or otherwise, they think we benefit from their efforts. It won't work for a long time.
My policy is, just help the community. And you will get your share.

It may happen that the person whom you were suggesting doesn't sign up under you. But someone reads the same discussion and becomes your referral. This has happened to me few times.
So, just keep working. It turns good one day.

I neither beg others nor spam them to join me. It's annoying for people. I just try to promote it when I write a blog about my earning site. I don't email or PM anyone just so I can promote my earning site. I let my referral link be on my blog whether there will be someone who will sign up under me or not, it is fine. I do the work by myself and I don't want to depend on other people. I see my earning site as a sideline only so I do not expect to get big money out of it. If I did then thanks. If I don't, then that is just fine with me too.
When I chat with my real friends, I only tell them about it when they asked me what am I up to these days. If they say they wanted to join and try then only I would give them my referral link, otherwise I won't.

Nope, I gave up a while ago. I agree with what most people before me have been saying about how referrals aren't worth it. I definitely don't spam others to join as my referral, although I once thought about it. However, I am launching a new blog soon on the topic of earning money online so although I won't beg for them, maybe genuinely helping people will convince them to become my referral!

Well, I don't spam to get referrals that's for sure.
I have my own blog site where I get my referrals from but I couldn't care less if I don't have referrals on the sites that I'm on. You see, the sites that I'm with allows me to earn without the need of referrals. I simply invest the earnings I got from the slow earning free sites to ones that allow you to earn more without doing much effort nor require a lot of referrals.

hi airkulet, well i dont have any refferals in all my accounts in different sites, including mylot.if we ask any of them to join under us they may work for aweek or two, then they will automatically quit it and go for other, its very hard to find sincere refferals to work for us,to my knowledge some may think to join the sites on their own with out joining under others.

I'm a failure when it comes to getting referrals. This is the reason why all of my online earning sites take time before I get to the minimum payout amount. I just don't have the gift of convincing people to join a particular site as my downline, no matter how good or legit the site is. One reason that I have is that if in case that one site that I recommend turns out to be a fraud, then I don't have to worry about disappointing my downlines. I like to work alone, so I don't really spend a lot of time and effort getting referrals.

I do not often try to get others to join sites under me. Once in a while, or occasionally I will post a link on one of my social sites. My sister and I are pretty good to each other when it comes to those types of things. If she finds a new site she lets me know and I join under her, and if I find a new site

I do not spam besides if I am going to encourage someone to join my site, I am going to use my own blog so that they will join under me. For me, it is really difficult to invite someone to join the site, so all we have to do is to read some of the informational articles about how to invite referrals. Some are posted here on mylot then I would apply it so that I could invite many referral who would sign up under me. They say writing a blog is a great way to invite a referral to join under you. I am not sure but I am going to try it once.

I defnitely agree with you. Getting referrals is really a frustrating process. Firstly, getting referrals in the first place is extremely difficult because the competition out there is intense. People get bombarded by referral links from various money making sites and it is difficult to focus and go through with just one of them. Secondly, most referrals that do sign up don't stay active because they lose motivation. The secret lies in the numbers. The more referrals you get the more the chances are that you will get referrals that stays active.

Yes, I really want to have good active referrals. But, it is hard to recruit somebody. I have five referrals in mylot but all of them are not active. I am not earning money from them. I guess they are not the people that I should have recruited or this site is not meant for them.

No. Actually, I have never been real big on trying to get referrals. I have a few on different sites from them seeing my links on blogs and stuff, like from triond I found referrals that way and inboxdollars somehow. I make a few cents from inboxdollars from them.

For me it is really hard to get referrals, I have probly got in all on different site about 5 and only 1 is active which is nice but the one that is active im not really sure how I got em but they have been active for a long time. If I could find more people to be active then I would but it is so much work I rather work on getting money for my self then trying to get others to make me some.

Hello airkulet,
I don't beg for referrals if would have begged i think there would have been lot of referrals for me here in Mylot but unfortunately i don't have any active referral here. But to have referrals really boost earnings i sometimes dream of that i may have at least 10 active referrals but certainly i don't know how to get them.
