How old would you think you are if you didn't know your age?

My current age is 27 but if I didn't know my real age I would have probably guessed my age to be around 30-32. My girlfriend is also 27 but most people think she is 18. So people who don't know me personally would think I am a 32 year old going out with a 18 year old girl. It just shows that age is an illusion.

I know what you are saying. I am in my 20s, but people think I am 18. My boyfriend gets the same guesses because just like me he looks very young. I feel it is just dumb to really think that at a specific age someone has to have a specific look. I despise that kind of attitude.
Age is definitely an illusion especially if people wish to "feel" it through skin. Those who say that they can hardly work properly because they are getting old are just driven by their psychology which gets programmed by the society to feel the age. But research has already proved that just from age someone's ability to do something does not decay.

Experts find out the age of trees by counting the rings in the trunk. In human beings we can assume the age at best to approximation. Yes with medical science its possible to get the exact age of a a person by a method that involves a study of the bone.

I am 28 right now, and those who are just acquaintances think that I am 18-19 years old with the way I look, but people who know me a lot deeper think I am 45 years old, with my bossy and know-it-all attitude, hehe.
