Whats the best stores or websites to shop at for clothes?

Spring is almost here and I need some new wardrobes. I shop at some clothing stores but I want to go somewhere new but don't know where are the good stores. Do you know any stores or online sites to go? Are you into fashion & what type of clothing stores do you shop at?
