it seems that eating chillies ( or more accurately spicy food) speeds up your metabolism , and faster metabolism means that you will burn more calories.
i did a google search anf founf both positive evidence as well as evidence that it does'nt do anything major. in either case though, chilies aren't high in calories, so you can eat a lot of them. and i have found from personal experience that you don't want to eat a lot after you have had a lot of spicy food.

I don;t believe this before but I think I have to believe now since I want to boost my metabolism. I don't like that feeling full anymore and I never thought the benefits I could get from chillies but now that I know I prolly have all my food with chilli

I've heard before that eating chillies could help us speed up our mentabolism and helps us improve our skin.Well, but this may also has something to do with the climate.People in our country of southwestern parts like to eat chillies,it's indeed because of their climate.

I heard the same about chillies speeding up the metabolism , and though there was a time in my life when I ate it often, I can't really tell the difference. I can't eat a lot of spicy food either, after a few bites I feel that I'm full - or at least that I can't eat more.
