firefox often crash

Hi mylotern
I use firefox to open internet,
But do not why often crash and shut down program.
Do you have experience like that?
Do you have solution?
Firstly use internet explorer but slowly,
And then I use opera but often crash too
And now use firefox but the same problem.
Should I change internet engine again?
Do you have the best engine?

I think the big plus with Firefox is security, whereas with Chrome it's a bit of a minus. So I use Firefox for my emails and other things needing security I(in spite of the times it crashes) and Chrome for things not needing security. Sometimes, if I'm not getting anywhere with Firefox, I use I.E.
