During my college days, I wasn't thin but had a body with curves, I never had any problems on losing weight because it was too easy for me. The maintained weight I used to have was 110 pounds. Then came a time where I got pregnant, the first time around was easier for me to lose weight although I had a C section, it was never hard losing the excess fat just by skipping meals. When I had my second child, that's when I learned it was too hard losing the excess weight. As a matter of fact, I became type two obese. I have maintained my post pregnancy weight for two years. I have tried all the possible ways of losing weight but guess what? I grew bigger and bigger. Now it's making me depressed and starting to lose self confidence. I no longer eat rice since november but weight has been the same. I'm planning to enroll to a gym this month and be more serious with it. I'm aiming on getting my targeted weight before the year ends. Hopefully good results will come. As for now, I'm doing aerobics at home every other day what keeps me motivated on losing weight are my children, aside from getting health complications with being obese I'd want to be the best for them. As they say, consistency is the key.

I agree with you. I think it's also making a change for good - not just going on a 'diet' where we might lose but we eventually gain it all back from returning to our poor eating/exercising habits! I also have an aim in mind for this summer, but I am not sure I will be able to hit it. I am just trying to take it day by day and see how things go. Best of luck to you - and stay strong!

I agree with you that consistency is the key but it must be used in specific situations in life.. I understand that you gained weight after you got pregnant. You have tried to many diet activities in loosing weight. IF for instance, after all your activities did not come to the output you are expecting. I have a friend who gained so much weight after 2 pregnancies, then she started to diet, take yoga, gym and all other slimming tips for almost 2 years. Still, she loose weight only a little. She consulted her family doctor for that matter, only to find out that there was a hormonal( metabolic) disorder particularly in the endocrine functions. So, she was given such medications, after such treatments, her body went to normal again from way back she was a slim type person.. This are some possibilities if after your actions are not resolved.. There are some effects we cannot know after pregnancies, it may not be an issue of mal-practice by the physician but certain reactions like anesthesia or other related that may have triggered some of your functions in the body that tend to be abnormal to you knowing your body well..

Hello
Really we must have dicipline to reach our purpose.
We read article that women more difficult losing fat than man.
On article said that women has more fat cell than man to coverage at pregnant. And fat on women ingrediant more water so difficult to burn it.
To lose weight must do more aerobics and more vegetarian. A few carbo, sugar, and food with fat content.
I think like that
Good luck
