Do you ever go back and look at past discussions you have made in the past?

Yes! I do go back to all my discussions when I don't feel like typing anything or posting anything. When I go back to these discussions, I will recollect a lot and I will remember a few things that I might have forgotten or a few sites that I might have left out! It helps me get motivated and it also gives me idea to start a new discussion too!

it's kinda strange because I've just been doing what you described. I've only just come back here in about 2-3 years! some posts I look at and think and others. I've not talked properly to the people I met back then but I think quite a few are kickin' around.

No. Haven't for a long time. I haven't even done any BR's in months. Terrible.

Yeah, I often look back at past discussions with a lot of nostalgia. I think I've been on myLot as long as you have. And I agree with you, there have been lots of interesting topics. Unfortunately, I think I've lost the few friends I've made here as I haven't been as active as I used to be. When I look back, I think of the good times, when I still had time to spend on myLot. Now, I am too busy with my studies, personal life, blogging, and business endeavors to spend much time here. I also wonder how I managed to find so many interesting discussions and people!

Anne18: yes it is quite interesting to read our old discussions. Probably it will be similar to our reading our diaries of previous years/months. Some discussions may appear to us "silly" now but at that time they were found very important by us.

Oh yes some times I look back on my past discussion and see where I have come from the time I wrote it till now. Over the past 2 years lots of things has changed. Even though I can't look back on my past discussion on my old account I can recall a lot of them and see in my head that yes I have grown a lot since I first start her as a mother, wife and daughter to my family. I'm still young and got lots to learn and a lot of hidden wisdom in me some days.

Yes I have done this especially when a member responds to an older discussion of mine. I am pleasantly surprised to find the old discussions are pretty stupid. I wonder what I was thinking!

It is funny, but also sad when you see items from nice friends who are no longer active here. Looking at my older comments, clearly I had more time on my hands a few years ago!

hi anne I was very self conscious and nervous I think when I looked at my old discussions. I was royally raked over the coals on one that I was proud of, Its title was How Many think smoking is bad for your health? and I had got a blue star one hundred percent, I was so proud of it and wham three trolls stayed up all night to minus me down to a 5 star. I contacted'the admins and they told me they were checking. then they notifid me that three mean actually bragged to them that they fixed that old lady by minusing her blue star down to a white one. the admins told mne they were kicked out. but my star was only put to an 8 so during the last few years my friends plused me to red and now I am finally once again a blue star at 95 percent. some of the responses on that discussion on smoking had been deleted for flaming. I noticed the writing on mynewer ones looked better to me lol lol

I have not started many discussions. But I do go back and read my discussions. Sometimes I don't even remember responding the way I did. It definitely is fun and funny to go back in time!

I've been on mylot for three years.I was as a matter of fact, resolving discussions that were two years or more old. I came across a couple I really don't remember. I do go through tham every now and then. I some of them I think I started were stupid and wish I didn't start them, oh well it makes me laugh.

Yes, sometimes when I don't find anything to do after opening myLot page. Sometimes I check what I did here before. They remind me of my previous comments, reply to comments and so on. It feels good. But most of the time I spend time seeing what others have commented over here.

Surely, sometimes I get curious about what were the discussions and doubts I had in the past, my questions and all and I go back.

I love reading old discussions, especially old discussions where I was having like a problem in my personal life, that is now resolved, and I enjoy reading about my misery at that time and how I thought the world was going to end, when really it got sorted quite easily haha! I also like reading old discussions about when my doggies were puppies. Pixie’s 2 now, and Elvis is 7 months old, so a lot of time has went by since I posted those discussions and I love seeing how they have changed! It’s refreshing to do it if your life has taken a turn for the better.. I wouldn’t like to do it if things had gotten worse though.

yes, i remember my past posts especially the ones where i was hurt by someone. i also remember the ones where i am in constant pain as i live with every day.

Yes, when I have time, (which is very rare now) and the last time I did that was probably about a year or so ago. I went back to my first discussion, talk about change, I was so lost and scared, (this is my very first forum and I had no idea what I was doing) and one discussion I remember quite clearly was on spider webs and getting rid of them. See, on my computer light, I would remove this spider web only for it to return within a day or two, and this went on weeks before I asked here how to take care of the problem. I even said I NEVER saw the spider, because obviously, "get rid of the spider, the web will not come back" Well, one response was that, "get rid of the spider" I had to repeat, that I NEVER saw the spider so how can I get rid of it if I don't see it??? Anyway, in case you want to know the answer, citrus..Someone mentioned that spiders are repelled by the scent of citrus, and I just so happen to have an air freshener that was made with citrus oil. All it took was one application of spraying the lamp and the spider never returned..

I have gone over past discussions too to comment on the responses made on my discussions but I have just been here in mylot for less than a year. However, I could not go over all the discussions though it's just a few compared to yours. There are lots of fun and we really enjoy going over past discussions.

I think i did not do ,because i always look the present dicussions i made.Only i look on it if there is any one response and will appear in here my lot .or display.

I always check the discussions that I've started, its barely 20 so I can easily track them all. If I will be here for years to come, I will definitely go back to my older discussions and see if how much I changed as a person.
