Walking is one of the ways by which I relieve my stress. Walking around in a quiet place or in a park makes me forget everything looking at the age old people and the kids playing and walking all around. People with newspapers, people hanging out with friends, all these things pushes away all your stress out. Other than that, if I am too tired to walk, I will just have a good sleep, which will kill all my stress. If the stress is trying to make me feel depressed, then I might just cry off or I will take a visit to any spiritual place. Or there is something else also that I do! It is travelling a long distance just wandering to places, far places alone.

I will feel stressed from time to time. Sometimes, I don't always handle stress too well. Usually, I can handle it pretty well. But other times, I get easily frustrated, and may get a little angry at little things that wouldn't normally make me mad. If I need to relax, I may just go for a walk, read a book, do some relaxation, watch a movie, or something like that.

When i felt stressed i usually went to the store to buy some chocolate, soda, and chips.. And I eat them while listening to my favorite songs. And the I will dance alone in my room and sing the song out loud.. Sometimes the neighbors don't like it, but i feel better after it. Or if I don't have much energy to do that, I will just go to sleep. :D

When I'm stressed, I go to the mall alone and eat everything that I want. When I have no money, I go biking in the mountains near our house. Or when I have no other choice, I stay online and communicate with my long-distant friends. They remind me of how lucky I am to have true friends that still care for me even I am far from them.

I get stressed a lot.
My stress reliever is sleep, exercise and eating. All should be in balance. I have to do all moderately to get my body in top condition. Lately, I haven't been able to exercise. I hate it that I can't exercise anymore because I'm tired after work, I don't have that energy anymore, other than that, i have things to do like prepare for my lessons. I'm a teacher, you see. And that job causes strain to my body, i have to sit most of the time and lean over the table to interact with my student. It's a one on one class tutorial.
Yoga, i think, is the best exercise to remove all the strain from our muscles. It helps us practice deep breathing which can relax us more. Through it, our body becomes more flexible and strong against stress. Everyone should set a good schedule for exercise.
Eating the right kinds of food is also key. Fast food is a terrible choice.

i am not good at handling stress.
there is so much stress in our life, a good way to relieve stress can help us live happy. to me, when i feel there is too much stress to bear, i'll find a wide place where is nobady, and do many motions i want, shout as loudest as i can. so after that, my heart become relaxd again.
