Friends.... Is overservicing an issue to you? For example, you have a client that pays you a thousand bucks for your professional fee. Then, here comes a client that pays you a hundred bucks for your fees. There are times that a small client can really even be much more demanding than the big ones, would you drop the these small clients and just focus on the big ones? This is what we call overservicing. Do you think that the some clients are really not that worth doing business with???

I think all clients should be treated the same. You never know who you are dealing with. Sometimes there are people who give you such a bad time that it's not worth the stress to deal with them. If that is the case, it is better to drop them.

I think sometimes it is better to just have a flate rate for all customers so you don't have the headaches of what to charge each person and what they will pay you. Also, sometimes it is better to drop the customers who are overdemanding and causing stress to you and aren't worth your time or effort to spend on the services you provide to them...

well, if have my business would treat the same customer and not set over pricing maybe with the same price. as much as possible like to treat them equally as my business would be focus to give only honest, quality services and my business would be gong to be built on a good reputation without making transaction that would make my business infamous.

yeah you right that is one of the nature of some people who know how to use there money....for example if they are paying for something then they want it to be worth of what they are paying....but some people just want the work done no matter how much they cost...and about skipping the cheap clients you can do business with them but don't totally ignor them and try to give priority to the good clients ...not all reach clients are good some are very jerk type.....
