What is your favourite steak ?

Mine is sirloin done on the BBQ with fresh salad and bread. Fillet is also nice but I don't BBQ it ... in the frypan with the fillet & chips and salad to serve.

I like Porterhouse steak the best, cooked on the grill pan, but not overdone.

Now a nice porterhouse is hard to beat, not overcooked as you say. I've just woken up, it's 3.15 am and i've got a head cold... might have to cook me a steak.lol Hey btw . . . thanks for your response caramello.

hi ozzie fella. i think my favourite steak is all steak! iif i had to choose one it would have to be rump steak in a peppercorn sauce.mmmmm making my mouth water just thinking about it. with chips and salad.
