I recently got my results on my board exam and I am not happy about it. It is not because I failed but because of the contrary. I know I should be happy about it because I'm one of the of the chosen few thousands to pass. But I am not. Maybe because of too much expectation to get a higher score-- okay, a much higher score than the reality. What should I do to lift up my spirit a little bit?? I've already taken up a few distractions but nothing work. Please help?

Be happy of your score.. you know you tried your best.. Just be thankful that you passed the board exam. Think of those people who failed the exam. I know they are very disappointed than you. And i think they would wish of having a passing grade than retaking the exam again.. Be proud you passed the exam.. Thank the Lord.. :)

It's probably just a stage, something temporary. You've studied hard for the exams and waited anxiously for the results. And now that it had come and you passed, there's nothing more to expect. It's like a sugar rush. You get so upbeat and everything and then suddenly poof, all the rush is gone and you find yourself at a lost on what to do. Just wait it out, I guess. Eventually you'll be in high spirits once again.
