how many hours u sleep a day?

well well well usually i sleep at night bcoz except night i dont get a time to sleep in day timings .And in 24 hrs i sleep 6 hrs a day !
how many hours u do sleep ?
i heard inn adult period our life 6 hrs is necessary and is good ! for health not less than 5 not mare than 6

i sleep about four to five hours at night. i would love to get more sleep but ever since my son was born that was just not possible!!!
