Rash on a baby's neck....

My 3 month old little girl has been drooling a lot and has now gotten a red rash under her neck in the fat folds. I've tried diaper rash creams, powder and keeping it dry, but every morning I notice I looks about the same as it did before. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to possibly clear this up? My older daughter never had this issue so I'm not sure what else to try.

Out of two nephews on different sides of the family, they both experienced this. The youngest turned out to have mild eczema, so that's worth checking into with the doctor just in case.
The slightly older one, the parents simply kept it clean and dry. No creams. Just a damp, clean wash cloth to clean regularly and a dry one to dry it.
Best of luck, problems like this can be very frustrating.

Oh hi there! My suggestion is that try to clean the neck part with luke warm water and hypoallergenic baby soap and wash it.Just dab the towel lightly to keep it dry.Avoid applying creams first and observe if it will fade.If nothing has changed try to call a doctor or a pedia and have your little girl checked maybe she is allergic to something and might need the pedia's help.I might suggest that you can try to use different laundry soap or bar on your laundry we may never know if she is allergic to that just a suggestion. :)
