Anyone know the secret of the chicken from KFC?!

If only 1 people knows those 11 secret spices, I am sure KFC will broke There many recipes in internet to make fried chicken close enough with KFC's style and may be taste as good as KFC, but it just that none throw the recipe into great marketing like KFC marketing did.

the recipe is really divine! I know the chicken is seasoned with various spices but I don't know exactly the ingredients! I tried to do at home, following one internet recipe but but unfortunately it was not like that!

Actually I think only a hand full of people know the exact secret of the 11 herbs and spices. Not even people that work at the KFC restaurants know the secret. The secret is kept really confidential. So I don't think you are going to find anyone who knows the secret of the Kentucky Fried chicken. It is certainly really, really good chicken though. Now I am in the mood for it.

I think I do but somehow what I made was always a little bit different from them. I even asked a friend who had worked in KFC before (although it was more than 20 years ago), to come and see how I did. He said the way I prepared it, I just did it like KFC, just like they sing about "moves like Jagger". But still the taste is a bit different. But my friend said mine is better!

I wish I did, I love KFC. I like the wings best. I believe the pressure fry the chicken.
