Hi gvgarcia,
Welcome to the myLot community. Whatever you do here earn you money but inside the guidelines. You can start a discussion, post comments, responses, pick a task and complete, rate a user and much more. Above all, this a place where you can earn good friends all over the world.
This myLot is full of fun with earning. Search in discussions if you have any clarifiactions doubts about myLot. It pays you on time once you reach the minimum payout. This is one of the best earning site in the universe, with loads of fun and friends. Make friends as much as you can. If you need to get lot of responses, post quality discussions rather quantity. You will see a lot of new things added to your profile when you start posting and be active.

Its' great to see you active again Philip!
Did you know that until a user has a user rating of 100 they cannot rate others? This is to avoid abuse of the DRS by new users

Welcome aboard!
If yo have really read the myLot tab then take a look at how many users there are here. You can see them at the bottom of the page on the left as 'mylot population'. Maybe not all of them are active now but there are certainly a lot of us and we wouldn't all be here if we were not paid when we reach our minimum would we?
You won't get rich in terms of money but you will make friends and could have a lot of fun and learn a lot while earning a few cents too. It's up to you

You will soon see that your earnings are based on your participation. One line responses and comments will not produce much and certainly don't further the topic - but it's early days yet

My hearty welcome....
I am not a old member...but from my experience, I think that the money that you earn will depend on your interest that you made here..Some of my friends left mylot because they want to make money soon...But we have to work hard to earn some thing...Start some interesting topic's discussions..Give replies for other's discussions..Try to use personal messages as effective..Messages will help you to clear your doubts..If you have any doubts, You can send me messages..You can get advices from the top tag mylot..Then select the guidelines...Thank you

You will find this link useful:
http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx
Your user rating is the number beside your username and indicates how active you are here.
Your user reputation is decided by how other users rate your activity by using the +/- beside your posts. You will see the results when you reach 100.
Welcome aboard!

Enjoy it here ! The key to using this site effectively tends to be not doing it for the money. Yes that's what I said. I've been a member here for several years but I'm more random lately. The site boasts a huge number of 'users' at the bottom but there are by no means that many active users.
The majority of my posts tend to be responses and responses to responses, I do start some discussions but there are usually plenty of things to read here of interest. I would suggest not to ask too much advice because there are some people around here that critique everything - just make sure you read the ToS and if anybody picks on you, ignore them.
