I think its time just got a mini vacation. I have been telling my boyfriend this the past couple weeks now. Last week i found i will have to wait a few more months to purchase a house, but i find that hard to deal with because i have my parents that complain about all the stuff i have everywhere around the house. I get stressed out when i hear my parents complaining and me not knowing what i can do to help the problem out.
Work has me stressed out too, its been really busy and my boss complains everyday that he isnt organized and how he cant remember everything going on. Its so hard when im not there on sunday to get things going on Monday before the men arrive to go to jobs.
Now i have my boyfriend to deal with as well, hes pretty hard at times because the things i want to do he may not want to do as well. I like to just lay in bed and watch tv or a movie together and he would rather be on the couch in his parents house and i would like to be in his room just me and him.
I think life is so stressfull and i havent even talked about paying bills and trying to be on time with everything. WOW I GUESS YOU CAN JUST CALL IT LIFE!!!

Life is actually full of surprises and that includes with unexpected stressful situations. If you couldn't find ways to cope with it, it would be very overwhelming to handle.
I usually respond to stress with ways of taking my own pace by looking some nice place for me take a good deep breath. Listen to some soothing music and or going to some quite nice and favorable places.
But Life is always a journey and pressures and stress are jus part that journey.

I too need a mini vacation!
In fact, just last night I was looking at a Super 8 motel near where we live, that has a brand new indoor pool! They even have some slides in the pool which I'm sure the kids would love.
I've been so stressed out lately, that I think we might just book a night, over the weekend. It's so cheap, that I think it would really be worth it!

Why not go away for a couple days to a nearby B&B with your boyfriend? It would give you a chance to rest and recharge without spending too much money.
Or you could treat yourself to a day at the spa on one of your days off. It would be a fairly affordable "mini vacation" just for you--no parents, no boyfriend, no future in-laws.
Life can be stressful, and there are always bills to pay. However, it's important to take some to recharge every now and again.

That is really just the nature of life. There are times where stress does occur from pretty much everything. There are times where it can really overwhelm even the most hardened of us, those who really have it the most together. Times where life really has taken a toll on me more or less. But as you said, that is just rather life in a nutshell.
There are a lot of great things about life. But there are a lot of things that just smack us right in the face, as a great deal of stress and agony manifests right before our very eyes. Times where I just have to step back and just figure out what is happening. Take a deep breath and then dive headlong into the situation one thing at a time. The more I delay, the more stress I have, but dealing with too much on my plate does cause stress.

If a lot of stress then it will be able to spend the vitamin B of the body is very important for your system against terror. It also can reduce the absorption of nutrients in your body system from the foods you eat and the supplements that you put into your body. When you say that the feeling "stressed", it is more than just an emotional thing. Of course this affects your body in more ways than you can imagine. But you do not need to worry, there are several steps you can do to combat stress before your health impaired. Studies have shown that people who sleep seven to eight hours each night enjoy better health and longer life than people who sleep less. Fatigue makes you less able to cope with stressful situations better. These dynamics can create a cycle of destructive action. When distressed patients get more sleep, they will feel better and are more resilient and adaptable in dealing with everyday events. Do not dismiss the old idea of ??a good night's sleep. It's doing a lot more health than you know. Eat a balanced diet for nutritional. When a person experiences stress the B vitamins in the body is reduced and the absorption of vital nutrients will be depleted. Be important to ensure the food you have a balanced diet. In addition to eating a balanced diet, supplementation is essential for overall health and nutrition. Taking supplements is a great way to support your nervous system is at greater risk during times of stress. The greater the support for the central stress system of the body, researchers have shown that vitamin B-12 is the primary nutrient for encouraging the activity of nerve cells in the body. The U.S. Food and Nutrition Board has recommended that people over the age of 51 years to absorb nutrients is not as good rather than what to wear his body. Therefore, they should go on a diet supplement or vitamin B-12 fortified food products. Avoid or limit caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that actually generates a stress reaction in the body (Dr. David Posen, Canadian Journal of Continuing Medical Education). Next time you need a cup of coffee, make it a decaf. Exercise regularly. Exercise is key to reducing stress. No one denies aerobic exercise as a way of channeling energy when you are stressed. Exercise is generally recommended you do in the form of aerobic activity at least 20 minutes, three times a week. If you're not exercising, find an activity that works well for you and get started. Enjoy simple pleasures. Sometimes, it's the little things that are very meaningful. It is amazing how a simple treatment that can reduce the pleasure associated with stress. Take a walk around the lake or the park, playing with your kids or read a book. Make time in your schedule to do the simple things that bring you joy. Convince yourself that you can enjoy life with gusto. Do not forget to consume supplement every day with quality B-12 supplement, since supplements are considerably less because this is used when experiencing stress. Good luck.

It is true that our times is true stressful. More stress in the last week of the month, specially more bills are coming. Int he daily work is also so stressed, if you have a boss that always in your side, always dictating what he want. In this stressful world, we need peace of mind. For example vacation with family, with friends and love ones.

Hi lolo,
Life is this my friend. We have to hurry sometime and wait some other time. This is not always the beautiful petals of roses but comes in between the thorns to and we get pr!cked and bleed. We cry, we laugh.
I too had almost the similar case last year. I was so stressed that I had to see a psychiatrist. It was work load. family issues and so many other elements.
Hope, your boy friend would soon take you for vacation and you would be a lot relieved of all these tension and stress. and what people or your parents are saying, you have to over hear sometime. We can not accomplish all the task at a time.
