What is the fastest browser today?

I only use internet explore but Iam tempted to instal chrome which I think is much faster. My internet connections is very fast that I rarely experience problem with my browser. I would also like to hear suggestions from other members.

With super slow internet connection, Opera appears to be the best. But if you have better internet connection, you might see that Chrome and Firefox performs well. Most people shouldn't have speed problem with their browsers, the problem comes from the speed of internet connection itself..

Internet explorer.....joking...probably the slowest in reality...anyway probably it is firefox still!!I think mozilla firefox introduced new features as regards browser and surely they optimized better than other brands as regards speed so i firefox should result the fastest right now....in fact i am writing here using firefox a well but mylot it is slow the same ehhe...

I have used all the browsers you have named. Internet explorer is in no way a good browser.In my experience chrome is the fastest and safest web browser.

I think Chrome and Firefox are pretty much equal when it comes to speed so it really comes down on which of those you prefer. For me that's Firefox, although it sometimes freezes a bit, it's not nearly as annoying as Chrome crashing all the time...
