choose a new job, what is important?

when you want to change a new job,what is the aspect you think is the most important ones? the salary, the promotion, the atomsphere, the relations,the work place or what? What about your ideas?

I think that the first thing you need to consider when looking for a change of job is whether or not you will like the work itself. Enjoying your work is very important. After that, for me, money is the main issue. I can put up with just about any treatment, atmosphere or relations if I get paid what I need to earn to get by.
