Scarface on windows 7 :(

Ok i got scarface the world is yours and installed it on my computer but as soon as i ran the game it was Ok through the advertisements but as soon as it came to the game loading screen everything was like all lines and glitchy. is the game not compatible with windows 7 or what? i've re-installed 6 times already but it still does the same thing and all my other games like Skyrim, Grand theft auto 4 and saints row 3 and all the others work but not scarface any help or info about this?
