What kind of angry are you?

When people are angry they act all kinds of ways. I see this in my life with my family and friends. My mom is the neurotic angry. She will clean the house from top to bottom and all the whole she is muttering and mumbling under her breath. My best friend is the sleepy angry. She has a good cry then sleeps and sleeps until she feels better about whatever is bothering her. My sister is the social angry and goes out with friends to run away from her problems. I am the strike angry. I will not cook, clean or do anything for anybody because I am angry and I am on strike from life. What kind of angry are you?

I'm like your mom. I'm a neurotic type of angry, running around cleaning and tidying up and in order to vent my frustrations I take it out on every cleaning tool and mess I find. Shutting doors loudly on the presses, throwing things into the bin instead of putting them there.
Sometimes I can get quite aggressive, shouting and swearing, but I generally tend to walk away rather than taking out my frustrations on the person I'm angry with, once I know I got my point across. I find this to be healthier. I get it out of my system either way instead of bottling it up completely or completely losing the rag with the person I'm angry with.
My other half is a wall puncher, so he gets no sympathy from me when he hurts himself. He has calmed down a lot over the years though, age is definitely mellowing him.

I was in a relationship with a puncher. One day we was arguing and he punched a wall. Too bad it was a brick wall. Broke 3 of his knuckles. After that he was no longer a puncher LOL

Haha. My fella's broken his hand more than once and now suffers with intermittent pains as a result. He's always left it to heal naturally. He managed to dent his own van one day when he was angry, his own fault. Way I see it, at least it's inanimate objects he hits.
