paypal help.......?

hey frnds... . . . i want to create a paypal account but i dont have pan card can i use my bros pancard ? but he also have his paypal in which he enterd his pan card no can i again use same pan card no(my bros) to create another paypal account? plz help ..thnx in advance

Why don't you give your brothers paypal account here.. You have to give the name of your brother too cause mylot will send the payment in his name.. Go through the details and guidelines and see for yourself..

No, you cannot use the same PAN card number as it is uniquely identified for taxation purpose .

No friend you cannot use any one else pancard number. You better apply for your own pancard,because pancard has multiple uses. It is not only used in creating Paypal account but when you become employ or you start your own business you must have a PAN CARD.I mean that if you have a source of income you must have a PAN CARD.
