story time here on mylot?

ok i was wondering if mylot would allow one use to start a discussion where we start off a story and ask more people to add along to that story and see how far it goes(:
dont you think it would be wonderful to read something put together by us all but i am wondering would mylot allow us to do such a thing and if we can who wants to start?

I was saying more or less the same as January except that I explained why (according to the Guidelines) such posts would be likely to be deleted.
'Game', 'Poll' and 'Quiz' type topics are (nearly) always removed. I say 'nearly' because you may still come across some which Admin either missed or were posted more than about three years ago, when Admin became properly active.

such topic are often find on forums where people do such silly things its fun but not something which could turn into a discussion

May I add something to the responses that the two gentlemen have left above?
MyLot is for discussions. When you start a new topic it must be something that we can discuss. A story would not comply to this definition and therefore would be short-lived.

OK, so we require contributors to discuss why they are taking the story in the direction they do and others can add to the discussion.
"Why did Thomas Hardy allow Tess to be hanged, rather than reprieved like some of his other characters?"
"Because by that time he had become a morose old git"?
