online stock portfolio

Thought I would post this here I might get responses I am looking for a portfolio to manage stock purchases and one that tracks and is accurate. For example I want to buy microsoft the value is worth 10$ per share I want to buy .10% of a share for 1$ now this is not possible but some brokers like sharebuilder allow for this to be done. I have a question thoug I am looking for a good one I can manually imput data and it tracks my stock. I have found some but seems when I want to buy 1.0645 shares of stock I get a wierd number because it rounds up to 1.10 I don't want to have that if anyone can help and knows of an accurate free one that would help me greatly. thanks, Jon
