Who konws the meanning of "train" in this sentence?

I study an article about quetzal,which says tha male queczals grow twin tail feathers that form an amazing train up to 3 feet long,I don't know what's the meanning of "train" in it and I have check this word in dictionary,I can't find even a meanning relating to a bird!
Need your help to tell me its unique meanning in this article!

It might help you to think of it like the "train" of a wedding dress. I haven't looked it up, but such a train flows along the ground from behind, following along like a train.

Yes, I agree. I think the author of the reference you were reading was being a little poetic!
I didn't mean to get you thinking about getting married (if you're not already so!), it was just the first practical example that came to mind.

Well, my friend in that sentence, it is just being described that the twin tail feathers of the quetzal grows so long that it seems like as long as a train. A train as we all know is so long, so it's described that way.
