I am still a student. It is not very difficult to keep working out twice weekly, because we are not very busy and we have more freedom to schedule our own business.
I heard from some friend that they are very busy at work and have no time to work out. Is it true? Is it that hard to keep exercise weekly if you really pay attention to your own health? I don't know the detailed situation at work, but I am very suspicious.

May be your friends are not that health conscious like the time when they are student or they just don't have extra free time to work out like a student anymore after joining the work force of today. In today workplace, bosses are usually very demanding and need a problem solve immediately, we don't have much free time left for personal affair after a slaving work day; unless of course if you are an executive in a company, then you can usually leave your work anytime you like, but not for mid and low level employees. I can understand the reason why they don't work out because they are very busy, it is quite common for today workers.

I have never worked in a company so far, so I do not know the detailed situation of today's work. If you are the person who can solve a problem immediately for the boss, you should be promoted by him. Then you can manage your own time while you are an senior level employee. take care and good luck.

I am used to working out every morning.
It's not difficult at all because I wake up 4:30 and do the work out at 5.
By working out regularly your spirit at work is up.
You feel great.

I dont exercise and i snack most of the day while at work unless im extremely busy with stuff like i am right now i am at work and trying to get in some time to do some stuff on mylot to make sure i can get the payout. Now I dont have time only becasue i work 40 or more hours a week. When i do get to exercise im usually in the shower doing twists and turns while im washing myself and then i do knee ups when i wash my hair. Thats my weekly exercise LOL. I guess its better than nothing but i have been saying that i want to take the dog for walks or go on bike rides so i can get in more exercise and make my body hurt a little more LOL.

I think it's all about time management and the will to actually work out. I mean, if a person really wants to, he can squeeze in an hour of light workout even everyday. Or he could do it every weekend. Almost all of us who work have really busy schedules. But I don't think that's an excuse to take care of our health. On the contrary, working out even twice a week would help people cope better with their work.

Yes, it is really very difficult especially if it is not in your priority list. People who says that they are busy and No time for work out is just another lame excuse to escape from working out. If health is their priority then they will make a way to exercise.

It's hard to keep up the motivation as well as find time for it, I'm sure since you're a student you're pretty busy. But I think it's important to MAKE time for exercising, as it's like the best thing we can do with ourselves to keep healthy (mentally AND physically). Happy MyLotting!

well nihao xiaobing,
Well case to case basis, not everybody has the time or the energy left if they have a very demanding work schedule, for me as a nurse and is constantly running around the hospital and is physically and mentally tired all the time it is very hard to workout and push your self since the body itself is already saying no so it really depends on the work and home situation okay.
