how do you make your family happy?

i always try to ensure my family is happy. sometimes i make good favorite food, buy favorite gift, order their pizza from restaurant, stay quite to make them happy on certain discussion. was wonder how do other keep their family happy

When I'm with my family I try to help them with everything, spend time talking to them and cook food they like. When I live apart from them, I always try to find time and talk to them so we are in touch constantly. Not everyone is the same, some people like to be in touch all the time, others need a lot of freedom. Whatever I do I try to let them know that they are important for me.

let me tell u upfront it is not easy to keep in touch with everyone..i tried the same some time back and i was not able to maintain the calls on regular basis ...and there are so many excuses for me to give....it is really nice if u r successful...and it is so important also...i wud try again...thanks

i make my family happy by taking them out to picnic and to movies ,sometimes it is not about what you like but what they like .All my family members have different interest and i try to carry everyone along according to there interest

wow, thanks for participation. thats is so good. i often ask my husband to follow the same trend as you mentioned. however at times due to time constraints it becomes difficult to follow.

Happiness is an infection.It catches with the people nearby to you very easily.I always try to be happy to make my family happy.A sullen face will shoo away the family members from you with a long face.So I make it a point to hide my depressins or worries and always try to be a happy person to my family.Apart from the beaming face I fulfill the likings of them on the first basis making myself wait in the quuee as the last person.@shwetat195 (628)

I am really impressed. I guess you have got the art to make people happy. I try the same way you mentioned but I tell you, I am not so good in hiding my depressions/feelings. So I end up showing/expressing my sad feelings easily. However, it is never too late to start doing the same. thanks for participation

i love to go on vacation with my members provided they all r free at one point of time.. these days it is so difficult to have all of them take leaves from their busy schedule and go for vacation...thanks for sharing

Make your family entertainment world, every time share a joy with them, outing every weekends. Have a party celebrate together, encourage each other.

hi shweta thats good topic to share ,most of us like to share more time with ur family..i prefer it as uniln of people .it is a place where people of different age groups and different mindsets live together.i treate them very politly and also share with famile incomes to adjust to our needs

hey thats so nice of u to share ur way of making family happy. and i agree when u say that people of different mindset live together so it becomes all the important to unite and have fun. many problems gets resolved so easily.

well there are many ways to make your family happy but this is very difficult to make whole family happy.because in family every person thoughts are different about you.so to make your family happy first of all you have to understand the expectation of family which are related with you.and i work hard to make my goals so that my family be happy with me.

i agree, u can not make every body happy...as their expectation , needs, thoughts are different. if they kids then ..they wud be in different phases of life and wud be difficilut to make all happy , however i like that u work to achieve ur goals in life so that the members are happy with u..thanks for sharing.

give them much attention.....buy foods or prepare foods that the like much......give them enough budget and stay them relax after works..by that they feel happy.

Happiness is in our deep heart. I am unmarried, my family is happy. There are four members. Although we are distant from each other, always keep in contact, have family reunion in festivals and vacations, buy clothes for parents, cook chinese food for them, and take them to travel scenic spots.
