Now I have always known that basically all government staff in charge of the different
departments are airheads, but today I proved it.
The idiot I had on the phone this morning was one of the DP's the stupid government hires instead of our own,(and yes,I have become very racist in the last few years)
When I buy something on the internet,a lot of it has to be signed for,as I am at work,or away from home when the postal worker shows up,he sends it to a postal station he is told to.
Unfortunatly,The one his must send mine to is 7km from my house, now the thing I am fighting,is the fact that my normal post office I always use,is 2km from home.
I said why not just change the post office for my mail.
I was so mad at her bonheadedness that I just hung up and am going to get in touch with the fed's and inform them,I am going to start sending them a gas bill for all the wasted gas they cost me for having to go so far more when it is not needed.
Do you think I an right?

So if I am understanding correctly, the postal carrier goes from their postal office, 2 km's away, probably out of their mail district, to the one 7 km's away. That makes no sense for them either, just to drop off a package of yours, why not take it back to their postal office and let you come pick it up there? Do they not attempt delivery atleast thrice anyway?
Yeah, it sounds like they don't have their heads screwed on right.

No,due to the postal code,my delivery is from the postal station that is 7 km from my home, but the closest station to my house,is only 2 km.
But there is no way will they change me to the closer one.
And no,they only try once to deliver it or it returns to the farther station for me to pick up.
Thank you for your reply.
