when we were young we see our father to be a strict one that we're like afraid of him. At times when we won't listen to mom,she would call dad and everyone would behave.he's like the boss inside the house. but this perception change as i became an adult.
i should say he's ever supportive in whatever i do in life.
My father just celebrated his 57th birthday and i can't help but think of his sacrifices through the years.I know he did all this out of love.
how about you, can you share a memorable moment with your father?

My father also was very strict when we were growing up. He had the strictest house rules in the planet. We were so afraid of him. But now, he is 72 and I am nearing 40, I appreciated his concern and attention to us, I appreciated his way of discipline more because we grew up very responsible. He is more loving also than our mother. I'd noticed also that his attention given to us is more precious than that of our mother. Yeah, I believe that fathers have soft spot when it comes to their children although not really showy.

i agree.when we are young they are so strict that it seems hard for them to show their soft part.but as you've said we appreciate it more today what they did before is only for our own good.tnx for sharing
