I don't think so, it is natural. Anything character or habit is can be changeable. Am i right friend? Free your mind, don't often snore, reduce taking time perhaps.

I don't know but I have observed that stouter people snore a lot than skinny ones. I am not a stout person though, yet I snore loudly too but not when I sleep without my dentures while others say they snore when lying flat on their backs. So, they'd rather sleep lying on their side, they say

check your sleeping position,in some snoring is bad and others very mild or not at all.if you have added lots of weight try reduce and the other thing snoring is kind of hereditary, my d in law did it and so does my husband and his brothers.if its so bad and choking, you can see a doctor at times its sinuses and some blockage in your airway.

I'm not a snorer myself but my dad is. He uses those breath right strip things you put on the nose says they work really well for him. My hubby also snores but only if he sleeps on his back or if he has a cold. All I have to do is roll him over. May you should talk with your dr.

According to my grandmother, obese people are more likely to snore, but I don't agree. My brother is skinny and he snores. I don't think anybody here can you a proper answer. Best way is to talk to your doctor. I don't know about exercises, but some say that if you don't sleep on your back, you don't snore.

I read somewhere that in order to prevent a person from snoring it is recommended to sleep with his head flat on its back. Try not to use a very bulky pillow.

When i was a kid, my cousin used to snore aloud and alot when we are sleeping together. It's so disturbing especially while you are not yet asleep. Well, after we woke up, we planned a plan to stop him from snoring. For 7 days, we devised all kinds of silly plans but some of this worked. (1)Do Yoga. (2)Meditate before sleeping. I forgot the other remedies although you can search the internet. Well, good luck and have a good day.

I believe it is can be change if a person exercise and avoid it from snoring. A healthier person can avoid any kind of bad habit. Do you think it is a kind bad habit?
Someone must be strong believe that he / or she can avoid the bad habit as quick they can and do a meditations, exercise daily. This is help them to avoid such a bad habit that i think so far. Some people are can be suddenly snore when feel tired and snoring automatically. If we ask also, they simply said, when i did snore?

When I was younger than I am presently, I used to take snoring as a bad thing. I am not writing to tell you whethere it is bad or natural. Snoring comes about when the wind pipe is beign narrow or when much air wants to come out through the wind pipe. Basically, I will advice you to do less with stress and have a comfortable sleeping mode.
