are GPT sites still working for you??

I have been going through my sites this week trying to figure out which ones work for me and which ones I need to take a break from. I havent had any luck with my gpt sites at all lately and have been working on the last 2 of my ptc sites that I still get paid from and trying to build up my time on Mylot and starting to put in time at blogger party. I also do the Lucky button at Superpoints, and clean out my emails once a week for my paid emails. I was just curious though, are people still doing well at gpt sites?? Do you prefer the ones that pay out monthly with a larger payout or the ones that have instant paypal with a smaller payout?? How are your sites working for you lately?
