What is happiness?

Ladies and gentlemen, i have asked this question many times and still pondering up until now. Can you share your thoughts on what happiness is? Thank you and i will be awaiting for your comments and posts.

For me, it is something that makes me feel good and something that makes me happy. Its just simple. Doing the things that will make you happy. That's happiness. Every one of us do know what can makes us happy. It is only us who can answer this.

hi! happiness is a kind of feeling (just joking).. i read that kind of questions so many time here in mylot. and it is so good to know every body's opinion and views about it. as i always say, for me, happiness can be achieved or acquired in anything. happy because i am doing things i want. the thing i always believe is that, there is always a rainbow after the rain and after sadness there's always happiness.
