Building a new house

My husband and I have just started to build our new house, just a simple one. A friend asked us if we have consulted a feng shui expert prior to the construction and we said we haven't. Have you heard about feng shui? Have you also applied some of its concepts / tips? If yes, can you share it with me? Especially, the ones that apply to the building of new house.

If you have the money and like the look of a home feng shui go for it. Unfortuantly, most people just decorate withing their personal taste and budget.

Yes, you are right. Some of the feng shui tips really entail a huge amount of money that is why I am just reading a book on it and will try to apply the tips which will be within my budget. Thank you!
