Do you ever concern about sodium existence in your food?

Do you know about sodium? Sodium is part of the salt plays an important role in maintaining body fluid balance. Sodium is also needed muscle and nerve impulse transmission in order to function properly. Even so, the intake of sodium should not be over the limit so as not to harm your bodies.

I am always careful with my salt intake. I don't cook with it, season with it and try to avoid processed foods. As a result, after having been tested recently, I am now low on sodium and need to increase it. Apparently it's better for me to increase it through rock salt which contains more minerals, rather than table salt.

Yep... I try not to put any extra salt on anything like a lot of people do and I do try to limit my intake in general. It's scary how pretty much everything has salt in it, even things like bottled water sometimes! Agh! And it's even worse HOW much sodium there are in some things. Have you ever looked on the nutritional tab for SOY SAUCE? Well, here's some advice..Don't. It's scary.

I don't really pay attention to the sodium. Since here the salt will be added sodium already. Otherwise it is illegal to sell. Besides, we are still close to the river and therefore we have many kinds of seafood. We like eating fish. So actually in our food we are not lack of the sodium. I love China
