Today my son and I went to have the lunch and then watched a movie after that. Burger King is nearby McDonald's. Since there are few Burger King but more than McDonald's here, so I'd like to try something new. And the sales in Burger King said their hamburgers were better than McDonald's. Is that true? If so, why it is better? As finally we went to Papa John's to have a pizza so that I don't know it.

Ill be honest, I don't like either. They are both bad for you, and if you look at the calories you get for one small burger, you could eat so much more. Not to mention, we don't really know what it "IN" that burger. I would say I see a lot more people go to McDonalds than Burger King.

just like 3honor said we do know what is in that burger just a hamburger patty between buns with lettuce and sauce nothing special really and not many people watch there calories and would prefer not to see answers like this, atleast i dont but everytime i ask someone what is a good meal and i give them choices i always have someone like you talking to me trying to tell me to watch my calories and blah blah blah and what not but im a weight lifter, all those calories are needed cause if i lift weights and dont eat much calories it will lead to muscle loss. we need calories in our system to burn or else our body will literally start eating its self.

Im not telling anyone to watch their calories, Im only saying my opinion, I never knew until I actually started paying attention about the calories. Im not attacking anyone or making people feel bad for eating it. I grew up eating the stuff. I just always wondered why I was hungry so soon after eating it and actually started getting headaches from eating it. So if I can offer that info to someone else, then why not. Why would someone not want to see an aster like this? It an opinion, Mylot is full of opinions and I am not being rude, I was honestly stating that I didn't like either and my own personal reasons why. But I did offer an answer to the question.

None, as far as I am concerned. I don`t like any of those hamburgers. I will rather spendmy money buying some real ground meat, put an egg, diced fried onions, a little bit of bread crumbs and then fry the patties.

I like to prepare my own food at home. When I go to a restaurant, I only go to expensive restaurants., not fast food chains. As I don`t have the means to do it often, I mostly go to restaurants when I`m invited. I return the invitation by making gourmet food at home.

Burger King flame broils their burgers, Mc Donald's Fries theirs. So to me McDonald's makes a better burger.Over here Burger king Changed their fries and they are good. But Mc Donald's fries are still better. All I can say is try it and see if you agree with me. Over here the prices are about the same.

Hi Youless,
That's a tough one to answer. It's all a matter of individual taste. As for quality, I would say that they are probably about the same. All these fast food places are in competition with each other and they all claim to be the better one. Where I live, there is a Burger King, Wendy's and McDonalds all within a short distance from each other. If my daughter and I are going to get fast food, I just go along with whatever place she chooses.

McDonald's using fillers in their meat. They also fry their foods. BK doesn't. Their burgers are grilled. Papa John's puts alot of toppings on their pizzas. I would wonder how good the cheeses and so forth are.

Hmmm. Burger King's bugers are more moist and tastier than McDonald's brugers although they are definitely a lot more expensive. McDonalds' burgers are a little bit dryer but it still tastes delicious. I usually just opt for McDonalds' because of the cheap prices but if I have enough money always I would prefer to go to Burger King.

well i actualy like both places , at mcdonalds i really like there big mac's i could eat them every day yum. makes me hungry now lol, and as for burger king we dont eat there alot, we choose mcdonals more often then not, but if i do go to burger king of course i get there famous whopper, but no cheese please. and i love ther onion rings, with there famouse sauce... but if i had to pick i would pick the big mac over the whopper anyday.. sorry burger king.. and mcdonalds has the best french fries as well..

Personally I like Burger King more than McDonalds.
I think its because the burger patty from McDonald's are thin compared to that of Burger King does lacking taste and its very dry like there's no juice in it at all.
The burger patty in Burger King is better tasting than the ones from McDonald's.

I'm not sure about you, but Burger King's grilled burgers almost always taste better than McDonald's. Although I prefer In N' Out better than both, if I have to choose between the two, Burger King is better, but a bit more expensive.

The last time I had a burger king's burger was like twelve years ago maybe. I can still recall the taste though. I would say I generally prefer McDonald's burger and food selection. The price of a lunch meal can be as low as 2 usd. It comes with a MacChicken burger, a drink and fries. The burger has a piece of fried chicken meat, vegetables and some sauces which is just a perfect mixture for a simple meal just right for me. Still, we should not take these on a regular basis.

Yes, definitely! Burger King is waaaay better than what Mc Donald's has to offer. Although, Burger King is a bit pricey, it's all worth every centavo, I assure you that.

Hi Youless,
I don't eat fast food very often. I think Burger King's Whopper tastes better than the McDonald's Quarter Pounder. I love the flame-broiled taste of the Whopper. If given a choice, I will choose a Whopper from Burger King every chance I get.
I hope you are having a great weekend!

Burger King tastes like it's grilled. McDonald's burgers are fried. But, at any rate, when I'm in the mood, I like both burgers. But, I'm trying to cut out because those things are just heaps of calories that are not good for the body. Better not let your son get used to eating a lot of fastfood burgers.

that is a very good question and a hard one to answer. a mcdonald hamburger seems to have a little more grease than a burguer king one. the burger kings hamburgers are bigger which makes it better for the value that u are paying for. i still think that the mcdonalds hamburger taste better but it is a very close debate cuz the burger kings burgers are also good in its own way...

I have to say I much prefer the Mc Donalds burgers or the Burget King burgers. I find they taste more like a burger, and the downside they are much greasier. The BK burgers I find taste reheated in a micro and not very fresh.
