Yakult allergy?

I have plenty of allergies incl. skin but not against yakult. Took it as nearly my only diet for over 8 weeks (high dose each day) to try to kill my over reacting immune system. It did not help and i also got constipation so gave up on it. It's not what they say it is. I found out that some simlair products like yakult have even kind of nuts etc in it (or are made in same factory). Might be the reason too with your yakult. Btw those probiotics you can also buy as tablets but the once which are alive are better, you also find them in some kind of yoghurts!

I like yakult and I guess really help in my digestion.Never allergic to it and my first time to hear about it being allergic in to it.
