Yes,Indian team have lost confidence and team spirit. Dhoni is having problems to inspire senior players to bring their trilling mind on field. Except Saheer Khan Indian bowlers are inconsistent in performance. Inertia of IPL brinks negative affects in hard working nature of players. I think it is the duty of Dhoni to bring unity and motivation in players as the captain.

But bosses in BCCI seems to be convinced about the performance of Indian team. One member has said " all teams go through bad phase".,. This is no consolation. Complete overhaul of the team should be done so that its performance improves.
