Help the handicaps who are not begging

Many people in india with good health they are trying to beg and live without taking risk.. please dont encourage them by giving money.. where as in the other side the blind people for not begging and trying to sell some small thing to live... try to buy those thing and help that poor blinded people...

really proud to see my friend posting discussion which is really needed for the society. as you said,even though many people are with good health but they are begging without feeling shame for it. this is happening due to the laziness of those people and we should not encourage those people.
many handicapped people are not begging and they stand on their own leg. they do some small businesses and they try to earn how much they can. sometimes they need money to promote their businesses and they feel shy to ask someone. but we should understand their feelings and we should identify those kind of people and we should try to help them.

yeah this is good idea to help only those person who help themselves and in India begging is very easy way to earn money.and people doing many thing to beg from others.and here many peoples give them some rupees also.but if help those handicap person who wanted to live their life respectfully then i think our help is worthy other wise not.
